Dropped our vehicle off on October 30th didnt hear a word from anyone for a week and a day and that's because my husband called. Then got told dont worry we are getting to it today, which was a week and a day AFTER I dropped it off, and once again didnt hear anything that friday that they were supposedly getting to it. Couldn't figure out the issue then wanted to charge over 400 dollars for a battery till my husband said he could get it cheaper from a parts store. Kept talking about it could be two different parts but they are really exspensive, when my husband brought up about our warranty Chris who took over communication didnt know anything about it. Never hear another word from the service people till almost a month of having our vehicle and them calling my husband even tho Chris already did. The complete lack of communication with customer and apparently other co workers is disgusting. And the excuses of why or why not, is ridiculous, but yet was told he would make it right. Don't see that happening as well. So now today November 28th we are finally able to pick our vehicle up, as it was supposedly a battery and a starter which the starter is covered on our warranty and he dropped the battery price to what we could get it at the parts store. The lack of communication and lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge is very concerning. We bought our vehicle from this location, and we won't do it again nor will be probably ever bring our vehicle back here to be serviced.
